Programmes Offered

IKV School offers the following programmes for children from infancy through early primary education:

• Play School
• Day Care
• Pre-Nursery
• Toddlers Care
• Nursery
• LKG
• UKG
• Grade 1
• After School Care

Each programme has its own schedule, curriculum structure, and fee plan. Details are provided at the time of admission or upon request from the IKV School office.

Admission & Enrollment

Admission to any programme at IKV School is subject to availability and the completion of all required registration formalities. The school reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.

• check_circleEnrollment is considered final only upon payment of the applicable admission fee and other mandatory charges.

Fees & Payments

• paymentsFees are to be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission. Timely payment ensures uninterrupted participation in the programme.
• paymentsA late payment charge may be applied for payments received after the due date.
• paymentsThe admission fee, registration fee, and any one-time charges are non-refundable.
• paymentsFees are subject to revision annually. Parents will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any fee changes.
• paymentsFees paid for a particular term or month are not transferable to a different programme or academic year.
• paymentsIn the event of a prolonged school closure due to unforeseen circumstances, a pro-rated adjustment or credit may be offered at IKV School's discretion.

Attendance & Punctuality

Regular attendance is important for the growth and development of every child. IKV School expects all enrolled children to attend consistently and on time.

• scheduleLeaves for planned absences should be communicated in advance wherever possible.
• scheduleChildren arriving after the school gate closes may not be permitted to enter, for safety reasons and to avoid classroom disruption.
• scheduleIKV School holds the right to withdraw a child from the roll if attendance falls below the minimum threshold without proper communication.

Child Safety & Health

The safety and well-being of every child in our care is IKV School's highest priority. All staff are trained in first aid and child protection protocols.

• health_and_safetyParents must disclose all known medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of admission and keep this information updated.
• health_and_safetyChildren who are unwell — including those with fever, vomiting, contagious illness, or any visible infection — must not be sent to school.
• health_and_safetyIKV School reserves the right to send a child home if they appear unwell, and a parent or guardian must be reachable at all times during school hours.
• health_and_safetyMedication will only be administered to a child with written authorisation from a parent or guardian.
• health_and_safetyIn case of a medical emergency, IKV School will contact the parent immediately and, if necessary, seek medical assistance. All costs incurred are the parent's responsibility.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policy

For the safety of all children, IKV School follows a strict authorised pick-up policy.

• directions_busChildren will only be released to the parent, guardian, or individuals who are pre-authorised in writing by the parent.
• directions_busAny changes to the regular pick-up arrangement must be communicated to IKV School in writing or via a verified message before dismissal time.
• directions_busStaff may ask for valid photo identification before releasing a child to an unfamiliar person, even if authorised.
• directions_busChildren enrolled in the After School Care programme will remain under supervision until their authorised pick-up person arrives.
• directions_busIKV School is not liable for any incidents that occur once a child has been collected by an authorised person.

Behaviour & Discipline

IKV School is committed to nurturing a respectful, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all children.

• front_handAll children are expected to treat peers, staff, and school property with respect.
• front_handBullying, harassment, or any form of harmful behaviour towards others will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.
• front_handParents will be informed and involved if a child's behaviour requires attention or intervention.
• front_handIn serious cases, IKV School reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment if a child's conduct poses a risk to others.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Parents who wish to withdraw their child from any programme must follow the prescribed notice period.

• assignment_returnA minimum of one calendar month's written notice is required before withdrawing a child from any programme at IKV School.
• assignment_returnFees paid for the notice period are non-refundable, regardless of attendance during that period.
• assignment_returnNo refund will be provided for partial months, unused school days, or holidays occurring within a paid month.
• assignment_returnThe security deposit, if applicable, will be refunded after deduction of any outstanding dues, within 30 working days of the child's last day.

Photography & Media Consent

IKV School occasionally captures photographs and videos of activities, events, and classroom moments for documentation and communication purposes.

• photo_cameraBy enrolling your child, you grant IKV School permission to photograph or video your child for educational documentation and school communications, including on our website innocentkidsvalley.com and official social media channels.
• photo_cameraIf you do not wish your child to be included in any media, you must inform the school in writing at the time of admission.
• photo_cameraMedia captured by IKV School will not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.

Communication & Privacy

IKV School respects the privacy of all families and handles personal information with care and confidentiality.

• lockPersonal details collected during admission are used solely for school operations, communication, and record-keeping.

• lockParents are responsible for keeping their contact information updated in our records.
• lockAll official communications from IKV School will be sent via the registered email address or phone number provided at the time of enrollment.
